AFP Chief Gen. Centino, positibo sa COVID-19

Kasalukuyang naka-confine sa isolation facility si Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief of Staff General Andres Centino matapos itong magpositibo sa COVID-19.

Ito ang kinumpirma ni AFP Spokesperson Colonel Ramon Zagala, matapos na lumabas ngayong umaga (Enero 7) ang resulta ng RT-PCR test ni Gen. Centino.

Sinabi ni Col. Zagala na kahit naka-quarantine sa Kampo Aguinaldo si Gen. Centino, patuloy pa rin nitong ginagampanan ang kaniyang tungkulin.

Kasunod nito, pinaalalahanan ng AFP chief ang lahat ng miyembro ng Sandatahang Lakas na palagiang sundin ang health at safety protocols upang maiwasan ang pagkalat ng virus.

Patuloy na isinusulong ng AFP ang pagiging matatag ng kanilang hanay mula sa banta ng COVID-19 upang epektibong magampanan ang kanilang mandato. (Radyo Pilipinas) -rir
