AFP facilities ready to accommodate LSIs

The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) has enough facilities to accommodate locally stranded individuals who need assistance.

According to AFP Public Affairs Office Chief Navy Captain Jonathan Zata, protocols will be implemented in the facilities which includes the choosing of LSIs who will be allowed to enter the said facility. Selecting individuals is important to prevent the spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

The Philippine Army has so far helped around 102 LSIs to return to their respective provinces.
