MANILA — “Your Department of Justice will be your constant ally and reliable friend in all your efforts to serve justice to our people as part of all our earnest efforts to better our DOJ.”

This was the assurance to the public made by Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II, in his New Year message.

“To our dear DOJ Family and to all our countrymen, as we usher in 2018, my family and I wish all of you the very best of the Almighty’s Providence, Protection and Guidance,” he said.

Aguirre said he hopes everyone “will realize how good we can all be as we serve others and as we collectively advance President Rodrigo Duterte’s reform-oriented initiatives in our government.”

“May good health, success, abundance and love in all of its most wonderful expressions and forms find all of you this year and always,” Aguirre added. (PNA)
