Albayalde to concerned convicts: Surrender voluntarily

The Philippine National Police have already mobilized tracker teams to comply with the President’s orders to apprehend those who have been released from prison under the GCTA Law. Pres. Duterte warned heinous crime convicts released under RA 10592 to surrender within 15 days or be treated as a criminal evading the law if they fail to cooperate.
