MANILA – Cloudy skies with rains will reign while moderate to strong winds will prevail in northern Luzon on Saturday, Jan. 8, due to the northeast monsoon or “amihan.”

Winds will be light to moderate and headed northeast to the north for the rest of the country, with slight to moderate coastal waters.
