Filipina beauty queen Annabelle McDonnell represented the country on the world stage with a first runner-up placement at the Miss Charm 2023 held in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam on Thursday, Feb. 16.
Luma Russo from Brazil bested 37 candidates from other countries, while Olivia Tan of Indonesia was named as the second runner- up.
McDonnell was chosen as the country’s representative after she took the first runner-up spot at the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 pageant won by Celeste Cortesi. She represented Misamis Oriental in this pageant. -ag
