ATI offers free online courses during ECQ

The Agriculture Training Institute (ATI) is offering free online training on different agricultural works during the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon.

This includes planting of vegetables, fruits, and high value crops, raising farm animals, and fishery.

They also offer entrepreneurship and basic marketing courses.

Registration is available in their website, ati.da.gov.ph.

Trainees will also receive online certificates and a bonus from the Department of Agriculture (DA).

Almost 2,000 individuals have visited the site from the start of the ECQ. Once the ECQ is lifted, the ATI will offer a free agriculture seminar in their learning center.

This project is part of the Plant, plant, plant program of the DA with the aim to ensure household food security in the Philippines. – Report from Cleizl Pardilla
