Authorities seize P6.8M worth of shabu in Manila


The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 3 and CALABARZON seized around P6.8 million worth of suspected shabu in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 526, Sampaloc, Manila.

Three suspects, John Mark Alvarez Aguilla, Roland Joe Orgonyo, and Julius Canary were arrested in the operation. The suspects were residents of the area.

An estimate of 1 kilogram of suspected shabu was intercepted from the suspects. Authorities also found buy-bust money, motorcycle, and cellphone used for illegal transactions.

The drug personalities were charged with violation of the Comprehensive Drugs Act of 2002. – Report from Patrick de Jesus
