BBM, Sara hold grand festival rally in Cebu

Presidential candidate Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and vice presidential bet Sara Duterte were warmly welcomed by Cebuanos in their grand festival rally at the Queen City of the South on Monday, April 18.

Most of the supporters, who started arriving early in the morning ahead of the event that started at 1:00 p.m., came from different parts of Cebu and Central Visayas.

Among those who attended were local artists and officials from Cebu. Also present were the senatorial candidates of the UniTeam.

Duterte also thanked the massive support she has been receiving from millions of Filipinos backing her vice presidential bid in an official release.

“We do not know what will happen but I will always be truly grateful sa inyohang pagtabang ug pagsuporta kanako especially sa akong kandidatura karong 2022 elections,” she said.

Cebu is a historical place for the tandem. It served as their first meeting place to discuss plans for the May 2022 elections. – Report from John Aroa/AG-bny
