Biñan City, Laguna Mayor Arman Dimaguila conducted a house-to-house distribution of the financial aid from the national government on April 9.
He wrote on his Facebook page that the distribution is the “best time” to show the public that the government is present during these trying times.
He added that letting the residents feel that the government can reach them even at their homes is very important. He also encouraged his constituents to stay at home since the assistance will be coming to them.
