The Bureau of Customs (BOC) on Saturday announced that the second round of public auction for the four luxury vehicles seized from contractor couple Pacifico and Cezarah Discaya will be held Dec. 5.

In a social media post, the agency said the public auction through sealed bidding of the high-end vehicles will start at 10 a.m. at the BOC main office in Port Area, Manila.

One unit each of the 2022 Toyota Tundra, 2023 Toyota Sequoia, 2023 Rolls-Royce Cullinan, and 2022 Bentley Bentayga will be auctioned off. The four vehicles have a combined value of P17.3 million.

Public viewing will be open to qualified bidders on Dec. 2 and 3. The Auction and Cargo Disposal Division of the Port of Manila will oversee the proceedings.

Interested bidders may access the link customs.gov.ph/notice-of-public-auction-port-of-manila-05-december-2025/ for complete details of the auction.

On Nov. 20, the government earned P38,211,710 from the sale of three luxury vehicles also confiscated from the Discaya couple, who are linked to flood control controversies.

Simplex Industrial bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz G500 Brabus for P15,500,000 and a 2022 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG for P15,611,710; while Lestrell Jewelries purchased a 2022 Lincoln Navigator for P7,100,000. (PNA)
