Boying Remulla next DOJ secretary

Cavite 7th District Rep. Jesus Crispin “Boying” Remulla accepted on Monday, May 23, the offer of presumptive president Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr., to be the next Justice secretary.

In a press conference, Remulla confirmed that he agreed to Marcos’ offer to head the Department of Justice.

“Tinanggap ko, I accepted it, it’s an honor to serve the country and it’s our duty when called upon to serve with all our abilities and trainings, background, experiences, para makatulong sa bansa, it’s a very rare opportunity given to a lawyer like us, lawyers like us,” Remulla said.
