BPO employees to work from home starting Monday

All employees of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies are not allowed to go out for work starting Monday after the given deadline ended.

The deadline which has been extended to 11:59 pm of 22 March 2020 was meant for BPOs to arrange a work-from-home set up for their employees while Luzon is under Enhanced Community Quarantine.

According to Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles, the BPO companies were given an extension to transfer their equipment or computers for special work arrangements in order to prevent the spread of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
