Bulletin: On the Status of CoVID-19-positive Filipino Nationals in Singapore

20 March 2020 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), through the Philippine Embassy in Singapore, confirms that two (2) more Filipino nationals were tested positive with coronavirus disease (CoVID-19), bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 13 Filipino nationals in Singapore.

Through information from the Singaporean Ministry of Health (MOH), the Embassy confirms that the 12th and 13th Filipino nationals who were confirmed positive with CoVID-19 are currently confined in hospitals.

Of the 13 Filipino nationals who have been infected with CoVID-19, two (2) have already been discharged.

The Embassy is in close coordination with the Ministry of Health (MOH) of Singapore and stands ready to extend assistance to the CoVID-19-positive Filipino nationals as needed.
