As President Rodrigo Duterte celebrates his 77th birthday on Monday (March 28), his cabinet members looked back on his qualities and directives that they admire the most.
Acting Presidential Spokesperson and Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said President Duterte celebrated his birthday in a simple and quiet way, and that his only wish is for the country to have clean and honest elections this year.
In separate video greetings, cabinet members including Education Secretary Leonor Briones, Transportation Secretary Art Tugade, and Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra highlighted Duterte’s compassion and commitment to public service.
