MANILA – Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Eduardo Año on Sunday, Feb. 6, said he strongly agrees with the decision of some local government units (LGU) chiefs to allow only the vaccination of children aged 5 to 11 years old with the consent of their parents or guardians.
