The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported in its 4:00 a.m. weather bulletin that the northeasterly surface wind flow will be affecting extreme Northern Luzon on Monday, April 18.
The shear line affecting extreme northern Luzon and the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao will bring rain showers over parts of the country Monday, Apr. 4, the weather bureau said.
Fair weather will prevail across the country due to the easterlies, with only isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms, the weather bureau said Tuesday.
