Malacañang has issued Executive Order (EO) No. 44, establishing the “Walang Gutom 2027: Food Stamp Program” as a flagship program of the national government.
The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Board, chaired by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., approved during its 10th meeting high-impact programs and projects amounting to approximately P269.7 billion, Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Arsenio M. Balisacan announced on Friday.
