MANILA – Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and localized thunderstorms on Saturday, Nov. 26.
The weather bureau on Thursday, Nov. 24, said the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will cause scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over some areas in the country.
