Cebu Pacific to transfer Cebgo (DG) Naga, San Jose flights to Clark Int’l Airport 

In line with the resolution issued by the Manila Slot Coordination Committee of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) on July 29, 2025, Cebu Pacific (CEB) announces the transfer of additional turboprop aircraft operations from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 to nearby airports.   

Effective Oct. 26, 2025, the following flights to and from Manila will relocate to Clark International Airport (CRK):

As a result of the transfer, direct flights between Manila and Naga will now operate only once daily from twice daily. Meanwhile, all direct flights to San Jose will now depart from and arrive in Clark.

From Aug. 28-31, CEB passengers may book flights from Clark to Naga and San Jose for as low as P1 one-way base fare, exclusive of fees and surcharges, with travel period until March 31, 2026. 

CEB recognizes the importance of managing airport capacity effectively, which will lead to improved passenger experience and greater public convenience.  

Passengers affected by this transfer will be notified in the coming days and will also be provided with the following options: 

  1. Free Rebooking   

Rebook without fare difference for travel up to 30 days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond 30 days from the original flight date.   

  1. Travel Fund   

Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.).

  1. Refund   

Full refund of your ticket.

AirSWIFT, now a wholly owned subsidiary of CEB, will continue to operate from NAIA Terminal 2 until March 2026.
