In line with Pres. Rodrgo Duterte’s directive to fight corruption, the Department of Information and Communications, the Anti-Red Tape Authority and other government agencies have come together today to launch the Central Business Portal. ARTA Director Jeremiah Belgica explained that the with every signature and every stop that a client need to talk to a government employee is always an opportunity for corruption. The streamlining pushed by the Chief Executive will help address this.
