CHED leaves decision on suspending class to SUCs

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has left the decision to state universities and colleges (SUCs) on suspending classes due to the COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019) outbreak.

According to CHED Chairperson Prospero De Vera III, it is best to leave the decision to the SUCs since the information they have received is enough. He emphasized that the SUCs should follow the guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
