CIDG nabs Indang’s most wanted person

MANILA — Operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) nabbed the most wanted person (MWP) in Indang, Cavite.

CIDG-National Capital Region (NCR) chief, Senior Supt. Eleazar Matta, said Cavite police arrested Wally Quinesio along Governor Jeciel Drive, Poblacion 1 in Indang town at about 3 p.m. Tuesday.

Quinesio, who has an outstanding warrant for murder, is also listed as the No. 3 MWP in Numancia, Aklan.

In a separate operation, the CIDG-NCR also reported the apprehension of a member of the “Madeja Group”, whose criminal operations include illegal drugs and the manufacture of child pornography.

Roselino Orense, 55, was arrested Tuesday at Electrical Road, Barangay 191, Zone 20, Pasay City on the strength of an arrest warrant for violation of Republic Act No. 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act).
