Cloudiness, isolated rains over PH Friday

MANILA — The entire archipelago will continue to experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms, the weather bureau said Friday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) added that flash floods or landslides are possible during severe thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds will prevail over the whole country with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
