MANILA — Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will continue to prevail over the whole archipelago on Friday, the weather bureau said.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) added that this is still due to the easterlies affecting affecting southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, and localized thunderstorms affecting the rest of Luzon.

Light to moderate winds will blow over the whole country with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
