Cloudiness, isolated rains over PH on Tuesday

MANILA — Most parts of the country will continue to experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers, the weather bureau said on Tuesday.

This is still due to the easterlies affecting southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, and localized thunderstorms affecting the rest of Luzon, added the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Caraga and Davao Region will experience cloudy skies with rain showers and thunderstorm. PAGASA said flash floods or landslides due to scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rains are possible in these areas.

Flash floods are also possible during severe thunderstorms in the rest of the country.

Meanwhile, light to moderate winds will blow over the whole country with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said
