MANILA — The entire country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Sunday.

The state weather agency said a ridge of a high pressure area is affecting northern and central Luzon.

Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds will blow over the northern part of northern Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said. (Ma. Cristina Arayata /PNA)
