Cloudy skies, scattered rains to prevail over PH

MANILA — Cloudy skies with scattered rains will prevail over the country until Saturday afternoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

In its 4 p.m. weather bulletin, which is effective for 24 hours, PAGASA said Metro Manila and the other parts of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to local thunderstorms.

The state-run weather agency added that Northern Luzon will have slight to moderate coastal waters caused by light to moderate winds.
