Comelec resumes voter registration for barangay, SK polls

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) resumed on Monday, July 4, the voter registration for the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) polls set to be conducted on December 5.

The application for voter registration will run from July 4 until July 23 during Mondays to Saturdays including holidays at 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.

The Comelec reminded the public that their application should be filed personally.

Meanwhile, the online filing of applications for reactivation will be on July 4 until July 19.

Online applications are advised to send their registration record via the official e-mail address of the Office of the Election Officer in their respective localities. 

Comelec added that it “does not include applications for reactivation with transfer outside of the locality where the voter intends to transfer to.”
