CSC reminds gov’t agencies to provide transportation for employees

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has reminded the heads of government agencies to provide transportation for their employees who will go to work physically.

CSC Commissioner Aileen Lizada has reiterated the guidelines under the issued Memorandum Circular No. 10 on the month of May wherein it states the alternative system of work arrangement such as work from home, skeleton workforce, 4-day work week, staggered working hours or the combination of all.

She also added that government agencies can also rent shuttle services for their employees provided that it is in accordance with the policy of the Commission on Audit (COA). – PTV News
