DA unveils key reform strategies for farmers and fishermen

The Department of Agriculture (DA) on Saturday (Feb. 12) unveiled the OneDA Reform Agenda featuring strategies for Filipino farmers and fishermen.

DA Undersecretary Ariel Cayanan during the OneDA sa TV program explained that first among the four pillars or strategies was consolidation.

After the consolidation strategy is modernization, industrialization, and professionalization.

Meanwhile, Cayanan also mentioned another strategy: Bayanihan Agri-Clustering.

–PG – bny
