Davao Aguilas scores 5-0 blasting of Stallion Laguna

MANILA — Stallion Laguna was once again sent to the wrong end of the biggest win of the Philippines Football League (PFL) season as Davao Aguilas handed the club a 5-0 beating at the Rizal Memorial Stadium on Saturday night.

Sixteen days after dropping a 2-6 decision at home against Negros, Laguna found itself getting mauled by Davao as the latter strengthened its hold of the third place in the league table by avenging its 0-3 loss on May 6.

Kim Sung-Min opened the scoring for Davao in the third minute before Simone Rota made it 2-0 four minutes later.

Kim achieved a brace in the 13th minute as Davao found itself now 3-0 up.

Dylan De Bruycker joined the scoring in the 50th minute, while Jason De Jong capped the rout with an 85th minute strike. (Ivan Stewart Saldajeno/PNA)
