The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) released a cease and desist order and closure of Boracay Tubi System Incorporated. The agency took action after a video that went viral showed BTSI’s pipe releasing polluted water at the Bolabog Beach which was found positive for fecal coliform bacteria or human feces, endangering sea creatures.
