The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) joined the country and other nations in the celebration of Pride Month this month of June.

“The DENR recognizes the capacity of all individuals to contribute our voices and actions in protecting our environment and addressing the climate crisis,” DENR said.

“The Department is one with the community in celebrating the huge change in the community and their wider impact to the society,” it added.

It reiterated its support for the “fight for gender equality.”
