DepEd to lend equipment to public school teachers without own devices

The Department of Education (DepEd) will lend equipment to public school teachers without their own laptops or devices.

In the memorandum circular issued, the education department is now allowed to lend equipment while looking for a way to provide laptops for more than 800,000 public school teachers in the country.

Meanwhile, the DepEd has reiterated that the date of the opening of classes is on August 24. It has also echoed that there is no “one size fits all” policy and that blended learning will let the parents choose the learning modality fit for their children. – Report from Mica Joson
