At the Handog ng Pangulo program held in San Juan City on Monday, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and Pag-IBIG Fund launched nationwide ‘open houses’ for projects under the Expanded 4PH Program.

The event forms part of multiple activities under the “Handog ng Pangulo: Serbisyong Tapat Para sa Lahat” banner, complementing President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s birthday week and making it meaningful for Filipinos.

DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling said in a statement, “Patuloy nating palalakasin ang ugnayan ng pamahalaan, mga lokal na pamahalaan, pribadong sektor, at mga komunidad upang mas maraming Pilipino ang magkaroon ng pagkakataon sa disenteng tahanan at mas ligtas at maayos na pamayanan.”

The Pag-IBIG Fund’s Handog ng Pangulo: Nationwide Open House sa Bagong Pilipinas started simultaneously at 14 Pag-IBIG-accredited Expanded 4PH housing projects across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Prospective homebuyers made the most of the one-day program to visit housing project sites, explore available units, and learn more about various financing options and homeownership opportunities under the administration’s flagship housing initiative.

In Luzon, participating projects include Torre de Florencia in Caloocan City; Bocaue Bulacan Manor in Bocaue, Bulacan; Brentwood Residences Phase 2 and 3 in Capas, Tarlac; Crystal Peak Estates and Bloomfield Subdivision in Pampanga; Pilar 4PH Project in Bataan; Palayan City Township in Nueva Ecija; and Caya Homes Candelaria in Quezon.

In Visayas, the open house will feature Cebu City Residential Park in Cebu City, Deca Homes Granada 2 in Bacolod City, Richwood Homes Bohol Dos in Dauis, Bohol, and Primary Homes Negros in Tanjay, Negros Oriental.

In Mindanao, participating sites include Deca Homes GenSan 2 in General Santos City and the Expanded 4PH Housing Caravan in Panabo City, Davao del Norte.
