The De La Salle University (DLSU) said it will shift to online classes amid the impending one-week transport strike.

“All in-person classes held in the Manila Campus will shift online next week, March 6 to 11, to give way to the transportation strike,” the Help Desk Announcement, shared by the school’s official publication The La Sallian shared on Twitter, read.

According to the university’s Provost Dr. Robert Roleda, in-person classes in senior high school, undergraduate, and graduate levels will temporarily shift online on the said dates.

Various transport groups are staging a weeklong strike starting March 6 to protest the impending jeepney phaseout in June. -ag
