DOH: Face-to-face classes ‘healthier’

By Katrina Gracia Consebido

The Department of Health (DOH) reminded parents and guardians on Friday, May 27, about the benefits of face-to-face schooling for children.

According to DOH, face-to-face classes will “allow children to mold their cognitive and social skills, and also promote their physical and mental well-being.”

“The risk of getting COVID-19 at school can be reduced when teachers, learners, and other school personnel all get vaccinated and boosted once eligible,” DOH said.

“Let’s give our children the education and learning development they need and deserve this coming school year by providing the best Education and Protection.” – gb
