Kinuwestiyon nina Deputy Speaker Lito Atienza at AnaKalusugan Partylist Rep.

Sinabi naman ni Defensor, “Under the law, DOH officials may be held liable for a corrupt act if they perform a transaction that is ‘grossly disadvantageous’ to the government.”

We will not do that because we also follow regulatory protocols,” ani DOH Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire.
