DOH: No payment needed for One Health Pass

The Department of Health (DOH) warned the traveling public against a fake One Health Pass application website requiring payment and card details from applicants.

In an advisory released Tuesday, April 12, the DOH said the scheme seeking a USD65 payment has recently victimized travelers from the United Kingdom to the Philippines.

The DOH advised the public to apply for a One Health Pass only through https://bit.ly/OneHealthPass which “does not require any form of payment and will never ask for personal information such as bank or payment details from the applicant.”

“We continue to reiterate the importance of spreading factual information for the consumption of the general public,” the advisory read.

“We call on the help of our stakeholders and friends in the media to become vigilant in reporting these types of misinformation,” it added. AG-gb
