DOH reveals HCUR of some provinces at critical level

Department of Health (DOH) Secretary Francisco Duque III revealed Monday that the health care utilization rate of some provinces in the country is now at critical level.

According to Sec. Duque, Davao De Oro, Compostela Valley, and Baguio City are among the provinces reported to have their HCUR at critical level.

However, it was assured that the department is coordinating with the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), their respective regional health centers and local government units (LGUs) to act on the health care capacity of the said provinces.

The Health Chief also disclosed that the HCUR of Nueva Vizcaya and Agusan del Norte have reached high level. – PTV News
