DOJ releases ILBO vs Manila drug queen Castro

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued an immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) against alleged Manila drug queen Guia Gomez Castro. The justice deparment ordered the Bureau of Immigration to monitor strictly Castro’s entry into and exit from the Philippines. The DOJ is also verifying if the courts have issued any hold departure orders against the subject, to bar her from leaving the country. Following the issuance of an ILBO, the DOJ will coordinate with the INTERPOL to watch the suspected drug queen’s movements.
