After the Senate investigations unmasked the illicit transactions of GCTA release for sale and hospital pass for sale, the Department of Justice awaits the outcome of the National Bureau of Investigation’s probe to determine whether criminal, administrative or civil cases will be charged against those involved. The DOJ will also subject the BuCor to internal reforms to curtail criminal acts within the National Penitentiary.
