DOLE: Non-vaccination not acceptable grounds for termination

By Pearl Gumapos

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) on Thursday (Nov. 25) said that an employee cannot be terminated by reason of his or her vaccination status.

Teresita Cucueco said during the Laging Handa public briefing.

Cucueco said that unvaccinated employees who need to go onsite for work may do so, all they have to do is get regular RT-PCR tests.

– jlo
