The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has begun the distribution of PHP10,000 cash assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs) coming from the less affected areas in Marawi. Further, each of them is given 30 kilograms of rice provided by the Taiwanese government with the help of World Vision Philippines.
