Easterlies continue to prevail over most parts of PH

Philippine News Agency

Easterlies continue to affect most parts of the country, including Metro Manila, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday, April 30.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the intertropical convergence zone.

PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains in Mindanao.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

The whole country will continue to experience light to moderate east to northeast winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.

The temperature ranges between 24.0 °C and 33.2 °C. – cf
