MANILA – Most parts of the country will have overcast skies with rain showers on Saturday, Dec. 3, brought by the easterlies and the shear line.

Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will prevail over the Eastern Visayas and Bicol regions, as well as Quezon, Aurora, and the southern portion of Palawan due to the easterlies, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported in its 4:00 a.m. weather bulletin.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the shear line and the easterlies.

Moderate to strong winds headed east to the northeast will blow over Luzon, with moderate to rough seas.

In the Visayas and Mindanao, winds will be light to moderate headed east to northeast, with slight to moderate seas.

The temperature in Metro Manila will range from 23°C to 33°C; Laoag City, 22°C to 33°C; Tagaytay City, 21°C to 31°C; Legazpi City, 24°C to 31°C; Metro Cebu, 25°C to 31°C; and Metro Davao, 24°C to 32°C. (PNA
