Easterlies continue to affect eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday, April 23.

In its 4:00 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds blowing northeast will also continue to prevail over Luzon, bringing slight to moderate seas.

The Visayas and Mindanao will experience light to moderate winds heading east to northeast, with also slight to moderate waters.

The temperate ranges between 27.0 °C to 33.0 °C.
