Most parts of the country, including Metro Manila, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms on Saturday, April 29.

In its 4:00 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said there will be cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas and Caraga due to the easterlies and the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ).

PAGASA warned of possible flashfloods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains, or during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the whole country is seen to experience light to moderate winds headed east to northeast, with slight to moderate coastal waters.

The temperature in Metro Manila will be around 24°C to 34°C; Laoag City at 25°C to 32°C; Lipa City at 26°C to 34°C; Metro Cebu at 27°C to 32°C; and Metro Davao at 26°C to 32°C.
