Mayroon tayong nagawa, mayroon tayong magagawa, at ang kailangan lang ‘yung tinatawag nating will and result,” ani Professor Jay Batongbacal ng University of the Philippines Institute for Maritime Affairs and Law of the Sea.

“We are pushing for the acquisition of multi-role fighter aircraft as it is critical capability for the defense of our country’s territorial airspace from any form of threat and enforcement of the Philippine Air Defense Identification Zone,” dagdag naman ni Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana.

“Internal debate is good for democracy. But we need to show national unity in foreign policy,” payo niya. – Ulat ni Bea Bernardo/AG-jlo
